1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and xbaii ("xbaii", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://xbaii.io ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the xbaii Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on xbaii, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by xbaii for violation of these Terms.

xbaii reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the xbaii Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

xbaii reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account approval is at xbaii's sole discretion.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

xbaii is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. Accordingly, we operate a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All account holders must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

xbaii does not charge deposit fees on its side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which xbaii has no control. Deposits are generally credited to your xbaii account in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on banking processing times.

xbaii reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, to originate from a third party, or to be in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the deposit amount will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name, and only after KYC verification has been successfully completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xbaii does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal processing times vary by account VIP tier:

• Diamond Tier: Same-day processing, guaranteed within 4 hours of approved request
• Black Tier: Within 12 hours of approved request
• Platinum Tier: Within 24 hours of approved request
• Gold & Silver Tiers: Within 48 hours of approved request

Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of heightened identity verification scrutiny, active fraud investigations, or pending bonus wagering completion may be delayed. xbaii will communicate any such delays to the account holder via the registered email address or live chat.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

xbaii offers promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all xbaii promotions include:

• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per account, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the xbaii Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the relevant market is voided by xbaii.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, xbaii reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at xbaii's discretion, particularly during periods of live match incidents.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• xbaii reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where unusual patterns are detected, without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports betting are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times may vary based on the sport and market type.

For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC) at the time of settlement shall be final and binding.

10. Casino Games

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaii Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through coordinated wagering, hedging strategies, or any systematic approach designed to extract bonus value while minimising genuine risk.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; providing false identity documentation; or engaging in any form of financial deception.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other competitive game format.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

xbaii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of suspicious betting patterns, fraudulent activity, or potential money laundering.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Determination that a player is ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits and any winnings pending investigation) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
